They've won their first three games of a season twice before, in the 2013-14 and 2018-19 seasons - they beat Manchester United 1-0 on September 1 in the third game of the 2013-14 season, so that's a good sign.

As for team news, Mason Mount will be out for around five weeks with a hamstring injury sustained in last weekend's loss to Brighton & Hove Albion, so Joshua Zielkirchzer could make his first start for United.
Liverpool are expected to be unchanged from their 2-0 home win over Brentford. Slotter told a press conference on Friday that new signing Federico Chiesa is unlikely to be involved. "He will train with us today, but it is more likely than not that he will not be in the Sunday squad," he said.
